My Beloved
Countrymen:
 Having served in the
senate for years, I have been given the opportunity to know the present
needs of our country and to serve YOU, my foremost constituents.
As a public servant,
it has been my constant dream to uplift the quality of life of every
Filipino by crafting laws in order to institute the needed reforms for
our country and empower our people for development and prosperity.
As a
legislator, I have filed bills and resolutions which i believe should be
